Description: LiveTone is a US-based company offering telephony-based services for supporting medical device repair technicians during installation and maintenance  events at the customer's site. Dynamically generated VoiceXML  is used  for generating the interactive voice dialogs, and conducting the user through service instructions for the specific device. An ASP .NET web back-end was created for uploading and managing voice documents and user accounts, and defining the interaction state machines.
